We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 1 days of receiving your order (choose what fits your store policy).
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

To start a return, please contact our support team at a2zhouseazclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.


2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (if applicable).
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at a2zhouseazclub@gmail.com within 1 of delivery, and we’ll provide instructions for your exchange.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days], depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at a2zhouseazclub@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
After that, cancellations may not be possible as the order will already be in process.
